"What You Don't Know About Your Wedding" Kick-Off and Fundraiser

My wonderful colleague and friend, Liz Coopersmith from Silver Charm events, is hosting a Kick-Off party for her new Teleclass series, “What You Don’t Know About Your Wedding,” at the Event Studio on October 16th, 2010 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. This class will cover the unknowns about wedding planning, such as “How much does all this wedding stuff cost? How long is it going to take? When I hire a caterer/photographer/florist, what will I get and what is involved?”

This event is being sponsored by Johna Barson from Stella & Dot Jewelry and other wedding vendors from the area. Enjoy cocktails and cupcakes, shop for beautiful Stella and Dot jewelry, and get your questions about your wedding answered, and find out what other brides and grooms are doing for their weddings.

This Kick-off party is also doubling as a fundraiser for her friend, Stefanie, who is running the LA Marathon in March to raise money for the Lupus LA. Lupus LA promotes awareness and research into this disease which affects almost 2 million people, 90% of which are women in their 20s and 30s.

Tickets are $10, and all proceeds from sales, plus 10% off all all Stella and Dot purchases that day, go directly to Stefanie and Lupus L.A. Even if you can’t make it, you can still buy a ticket to help Stefanie help Lupus L.A.
